Ellie is growing

To support this growth we are looking for a community manager.

As a community manager, you will be the bridge between the community and the organization, playing an important role in the further expansion of our network.

The function of a community manager is twofold. On the one hand, you are responsible for the day-to-day community management and on the other hand, you work on marketing and events within Ellie.

You will work closely together with Florence, our operational manager, and you will encounter a wide range of tasks:

The Ellie Community:

Both on- and offline you are the contact within the community.
You connect and challenge the community to create a higher involvement.
You actively look for the needs of the network and respond with ease;
You help to develop an engagement strategy, from which you develop further actions that ensure that the predetermined goals are realized;
Every month you give an update on the progress of the community. If necessary, you can make adjustments to get back on track;
The online platform is your domain, you maintain it and perform the necessary updates. Of course, you inform our members and support them where necessary.

Marketing and events:

You have a nose for tracking down new, relevant content around ecosystems;
At both domestic and foreign events and fairs, you are an outspoken ambassador for our community;
You think along with us about various marketing actions to support our further growth;
You enjoy diving into the organization of physical events.
